It's been an exciting week!

Long & Foster Real Estate has owned Fonville Morisey Realty for 16 years now but waited for the right time to re-brand and switch the name. NOW is that time!

Tommy Fonville & Johnny Morisey founded Fonville-Morisey Realty about 50 years ago and built a solid, trustworthy real estate business focused on the Triangle area. Building a reputation for strong leadership, ethical business practices, and continuous growth, FM Realty allowed us here at Legacy Farms and Ranches of NC to germinate our seeds of success and grow using their model. We have enjoyed the benefits of the Fonville network for nearly 15 years, realizing the power of the Long & Foster network with our recent expansion into Virginia. It is only fitting we announce to our clients how grateful we are to operate under the same umbrella with a familiar name.
